To obtain a paid assessment letter for a refinance or sale, please submit your request in writing with the following information:  address of property, seller name, buyer name, date of closing and a check for $50.00. Please mail the request to Mallard Lake Estates, PO Box 126, Bloomingdale, IL 60108.
If you need to expedite it… You may email your request to board@mallardhoa.com at least 10 business days prior to closing. Please include your email address, the buyers email address and whom to invoice the $75.00 charge.
